Compensation: Commensurate With Experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify new construction and capital improvement opportunities in manufacturing, mission critical, and healthcare markets
• Build and maintain relationships with facility owners, plant managers, operators, and developers
• Build and manage a project pipeline, tracking opportunity size, timing, and probability
• Perform takeoffs and develop estimates for small-sized construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate scopes and budgets
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and budgets with the operations team

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 5+ years in construction, business development, estimating, or a related field required
• Comfortable doing both business development and hands-on estimating, not just one
• Experience in manufacturing, mission critical/data center, or healthcare projects preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between Temple and Waco
