Corporate Events Specialist – 6 month Contract – On Site
Our client needs someone who can turn a blank calendar into a flawless national sales incentive trip or high-stakes executive meeting, with every vendor, venue, and detail locked down. Compensation: $25–$28/hr – DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own end-to-end planning of events, meetings, and sales incentive trips, from site selection to post-event reporting
• Consult with stakeholders to set event goals, scope, budgets, and timelines, and build project plans and contingencies
• Lead vendor and venue management: RFPs, site evaluation, contract negotiation, and logistics for F&B, AV, production, and transportation
• Partner with Marketing on promotional materials and registration, and represent the client at events with executives and customers
• Manage event-related accounting and documentation
• Research and coordinate event management technology
• Conduct post-event surveys and critiques to improve future programs

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• 8+ years of experience in event and meeting management required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Active FICP membership preferred, or willingness to join upon hire
• Able to travel about 25% for site visits and on-site event management
