Compensation

• $100,000+ DOE, highly negotiable
• Bonus and profit-sharing earnings on top

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading two field crews and two survey drafters
• Reviewing field data, calculations, and drawings for accuracy
• Overseeing boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction work
• Signing and stamping final survey drawings
• Delivering finished work to clients
• Helping run and grow the business

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Alabama PLS license, active or eligible for reactivation
• Experience signing and stamping survey deliverables
• Construction and site surveying know-how
• Interest in eventually owning a business
• Carlson Survey a plus, not required
