This role keeps the books clean across a growing healthcare real estate portfolio, giving leadership the numbers they need to bring care into new communities. It’s hands-on work with real ownership, right where finance meets healthcare.

Compensation

• $60,000–$70,000 base + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for assigned properties and entities
• Reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts; building reporting packages
• Running AP from coding through approval
• Booking accruals, reclasses, and acquisition/disposition entries
• Preparing CAM reconciliations and reviewing tenant AR
• Capitalizing fixed assets and tracking budget vs. actual
• Partnering with property managers, asset managers, and tenants

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Property accounting experience, ideally commercial or multi-property
• Yardi or another real estate accounting platform
• CAM/operating expense reconciliation exposure
• Fixed asset capitalization experience
• Onsite in Pensacola; relocation required if out of area
• Willingness to complete a property accounting assessment
