Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 DOE plus bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage paralegals and supervisors across designated offices.
• Partner with attorneys to resolve staffing needs and workflow challenges.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Develop mentoring and continuing education programs.
• Monitor productivity, billable hours, and realization reports.
• Manage performance evaluations and compensation administration.
• Improve departmental policies, processes, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive paralegal experience with a background in law firm operations.
• Supervisory or management experience overseeing paralegals.
• Professional services experience with client interaction preferred.
• Familiarity with legal technology and workflow systems, such as iManage.
• Understanding of law firm accounting and financial principles.
