Compensation

• $100k – $135k

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary strategic and technical liaison for healthcare clients
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption
• Troubleshoot support and configuration issues hands-on
• Translate product capabilities into measurable ROI conversations
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to influence roadmap improvements
• Identify account expansion opportunities through solution alignment
• Prepare for and attend client meetings (1–2 days travel per week or monthly overnight)

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience with healthcare software such as EMR or practice management systems
• SaaS company background
• Ability to handle technical implementation and support independently
• Strong understanding of technology ROI in client conversations
• AI platform exposure is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
