Accountant

We are currently assisting our client in their search for an Accountant to add to their team as they are experiencing significant growth.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• General bookkeeping and business consulting
• Preparation of financial statements
• Individual and business tax preparation, planning and compliance.
• Research tax issues to ensure clients are in compliance with applicable tax legislation
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Must be CPA eligible, CPA-preferred 
• Minimum of one year of public accounting experience
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and tax software
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, professional and works well under deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
