What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Execute financial reporting, ensure proper classification of all expenses, assets, liabilities, reconciliation, and month-end accruals
• Complete daily accounting tasks including tracking funds, preparing deposits, and reconciling accounts
• Ensure the overall processing of accounts payables
• Accurately document all cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses and line of credit transactions
• Complex problem-solving for upper management to ensure on-time and cost-effective project completion
• Assist with Ad hoc reporting and financial analysis

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Experience:

• General accounting experience or a strong accounting internship
• Proficient skills with using Microsoft Office

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Thorough understanding of the accounts payable function
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong overall computer skills with an emphasis in MS Excel
