Compensation

• $75,000 base salary + discretionary bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with the Controller to strengthen accounting systems and processes
• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, tax, cash management, and inventory accounting
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Evaluate financial performance against forecasts and budgets
• Lead and develop 2 direct reports
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 4+ years of solid experience
• Experience across the full accounting cycle in a hands-on role
• Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proven ability to supervise and develop team members
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working within an ERP system
