Our client is seeking an Accounting and Customer Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both the operational and financial backbone of a growing transportation business. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, customer service, and operations—ensuring accurate billing, strong relationships, and smooth internal processes. Compensation

  • $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Onboard new customers and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate

  • Manage recurring and one-time billing, including customer adjustments

  • Oversee accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding balances

  • Perform AP/AR reconciliations with internal teams and external vendors

  • Manage licensing, registrations, and required renewals

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for billing and account-related questions

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • 3+ years of strong accounting support experience, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

  • Advanced skillset in Excel

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to balance accounting accuracy with customer service

  • Experience in leasing, rental, transportation, or heavy equipment environments is a plus
