Compensation: $100-$125k DOE
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage financial procedures to support organizational goals effectively.
- Direct the operations of the accounting department.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Preparation of annual budget and variance analysis.
- Audit funds and grant receipts.
- Coordinate with IT department.
- Training new employees.
What you’ll need to be considered:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university
7 years of accounting experience
2 years at the Senior Accountant level or more
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Supervisory experience
