Here’s what you need to know:
Title: Accounting Manager
Role Type: Direct Hire
Location: Onsite – Hybrid flexibility offered after 6 months (dependent upon performance)
Work Hours: Flex – 8-5, 7-4 or 9-6
Compensation: $65k-$75 DOE
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing property financial statements
- General Ledger work including tenant ledgers
- Supervising 2-3 Property Accountants
- Coordinating Audits
- Cash Management
- Team Player
What you’ll need to be considered:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Supervisory experience
3-5 years of accounting experience
Intermediate – Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Strong Financial Statement understanding
