Compensation

• $57,000 – $84,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and training the accounting team, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
• Overseeing daily accounting processes, ensuring GAAP and regulatory compliance
• Preparing and reviewing general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and reserve entries
• Supporting audits and examinations with timely, accurate reporting
• Maintaining fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Directing and reviewing financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports
• Promoting and allocating resources for departmental projects

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Expertise in GAAP
