Compensation

$120,000 – $130,000 annual
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the full financial close process and supervising key accounting functions
- Leading internal controls, audits, and compliance activities
- Managing fixed assets, government property tracking, and reporting under FAR
- Overseeing timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and related policy implementation
- Coordinating external audits and resolving findings
- Guiding ERP/financial system upgrades and recommending improvements
- Monitoring cash flow, forecasting, and ensuring financial record accuracy
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) REQUIRED
- Minimum of 7 years of solid accounting experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with specialized ERP systems required
- Familiarity with not-for-profit financial reporting requirements a PLUS
