What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities
- Oversee trust transactions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports
- Partner with auditors and support audit processes
- Implement and improve accounting policies and procedures
- Deliver financial insights to support strategic decisions
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (required)
- 8+ years of solid general ledger full cycle accounting experience
- Proven expertise in trust accounting and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated leadership of an accounting team
- Strong ability to interface with auditors and senior stakeholders
- CPA or equivalent certification (strongly preferred)
