What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities
• Oversee trust transactions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports
• Partner with auditors and support audit processes
• Implement and improve accounting policies and procedures
• Deliver financial insights to support strategic decisions

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (required) 
• 8+ years of solid general ledger full cycle accounting experience 
• Proven expertise in trust accounting and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated leadership of an accounting team
• Strong ability to interface with auditors and senior stakeholders
• CPA or equivalent certification (strongly preferred)
