Compensation

• $115,000 – 130,000+ base salary + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Oversee fixed assets and capital project accounting lifecycle
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership
• Support SOX compliance and internal/external audit processes
• Analyze financial results and provide variance insights to leadership

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Strong U.S. GAAP expertise in a regulated environment
• Experience owning month-end close and financial reporting processes
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure preferred
• Supervisory and fixed asset experience REQUIRED
• Proven ability to lead and develop direct reports
• Background in fixed assets and capital project accounting preferred
• Experience with SOX compliance and controls preferred
• CPA or MBA preferred
