Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to serve as the CFO’s right-hand person. This hybrid role combines hands-on accounting, financial oversight, and investment management, offering a stable and flexible work environment with no overtime.

Compensation

$90,000–$105,000
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Oversee daily finance operations and month-end close process
-
Prepare financial statements for the Board and senior management
-
Manage investment reconciliations and coordinate with external auditors
-
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR support functions
-
Review and process grants, gifts, and donor transactions
-
Recommend process improvements for efficiency and compliance
-
Assist CFO with budgeting, reporting, and special projects
What You’ll Need to be Considered

CPA certification highly preferred

Accounting degree strongly preferred
-
ERP experience required
-
Tech-savvy with advanced Excel skills
-
Nonprofit experience a plus
-
Experience supporting HR functions like payroll and benefits
