What You’ll Be Doing

• Process full cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• Assist with reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and audit preparation

• Support data gathering for tax filings and compliance

• Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and invoice records

• Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and standards

• Provide administrative and ad hoc accounting support

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Degree in Accounting or related field (Associate or Bachelor’s)

• 3 years of experience with general accounting functions (AP, AR, and payroll)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key typing

• Excellent communication and time management skills
