What You’ll Be Doing

Process full cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
-
Assist with reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and audit preparation

Support data gathering for tax filings and compliance
-
Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and invoice records

Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and standards

Provide administrative and ad hoc accounting support
What You’ll Need to be Considered

Degree in Accounting or related field (Associate or Bachelor’s)

3 years of experience with general accounting functions (AP, AR, and payroll)
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key typing
-
Excellent communication and time management skills
