Accounting Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-moving distribution environment. This role plays a key part in keeping inventory, vendor payments, and customer billing accurate while working closely with the warehouse, sales, and leadership teams. Compensation
-
$17–$22 per hour, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
-
Perform purchase orders invoices
-
Research and help resolve pricing or quantity variances
-
Enter and update financial data
-
Perform reconciliations
What You’ll Need to be Considered
-
Familiarity with accounting processes in a high-volume environment
-
1+ years of Accounting experience in both AP/ AR
-
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop REQUIRED

Strong communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
