ITAC is a Birmingham-based staffing firm representing companies throughout the southeast in their search for administrative assistants and executive assistants. These opportunities range from short-term contract roles to contract-to-hire and direct hire positions.  

Generally, individuals who would be considered for any of these positions would require the following backgrounds and skills. 

What you need to be considered (requirements):
– At least three [3] years of experience working as an administrative or executive assistant, supporting one or more individuals,
– Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and scheduling resources (rooms, equipment, etc…),
– The ability to create and manipulate data within Microsoft Excel along with the creation of charts and graphs for presentations, often using Microsoft PowerPoint,
– Professional communication skills, including formal written and verbal communication, and
– Prioritizing needs and requests from multiple individuals while managing expectations on deliverables to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner.
