Compensation: $120-130K

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting priorities for software development teams and validating delivery outcomes
• Translating engineering concepts, algorithms, and designs into clear acceptance criteria
• Reviewing and verifying updates through testing and quality assurance processes
• Partnering with program leadership to manage capability and defect priorities across sprints
• Delivering technical briefings and demonstrations to leadership and stakeholders
• Tracking system performance, identifying risks, and recommending solutions
• Collaborating directly with developers to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• U.S. citizenship with eligibility for a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technical field (ABET preferred)
• Knowledge of middleware standards, automation tools (e.g., Ansible), and data logging/archiving practices
• Experience with languages such as C++ and Java, plus scripting for automation
• Minimum of 7 years of DoD experience.
• Ability to interpret systems engineering artifacts and work hands-on with Agile teams
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus
