Are you a self-starter who has experience working in high-volume Accounts Payable? Then the AP Specialist opportunity could be for you! Do you also have experience managing a team of AP Specialists? Then the AP Manager position could be for you!
Here's what you need to know:
Title: AP Specialist or AP Manager
Role Type: Contract/Full Time – 3-5-month assignment
Location: On-site
Compensation: $20-$22/hour DOE for AP Specialist $30-$32/hour DOE for AP Manager
What you'll be doing:
- Process invoices in accounting software
- Resolve purchase order discrepancies
- Meticulous attention to detail while processing a high-volume of invoices
- Perform other duties as required
What you'll need to be considered:
2 years of high-volume AP experience
Professional Presence
Extremely Organized
Excellent Communicator
Self-starter
