Compensation

$19.39/hr – with a potential for a raise after 90 days
What You’ll Be Doing

Process incoming invoices and ensure accurate data entry

Audit and reconcile PO-related and non-PO invoices
-
Investigate workflow errors and prevent duplicate payments

Collaborate across departments to resolve invoice issues

Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and discrepancies

Review vendor statements and reconcile accounts
What You’ll Need to be Considered

Comfortable using ERP software (SAP is a bonus!)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for high-volume AP tasks

Excellent communication to interface across teams and with vendors

Adaptability to navigate workflow challenges and process improvements
