Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Hybrid after 90 days
Compensation: Starting at $50-60K (DOE)
Full-time

What you'll be doing:
•    Enter daily deposits
•    Research application solutions
•    Work closely with legal professionals to address payment and account-related inquiries
•    Reach out to clients to identify and address payments
•    Investigate and provide answers to questions as needed
•    Perform other administrative duties as required.

What you'll need to be considered: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred, or equivalent experience.
•    Law Firm experience is a plus
•    3+ years of accounts receivable experience- required
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Strong proficiency in Excel-required
•    Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
•    A strong dedication to client service and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
