Compensation

• $50,000–$60,000, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable with precision

• Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and supporting documentation

• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Collaborate with project teams and accounting leadership

• Maintain updated records in ERP and Excel

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Strong proficiency in Excel

• Experience with ERP systems

• Background in construction, GC, or HVAC environments

• 2+ years of true AR experience 

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Collaborative, team-oriented communication style
