Assistant Program Manager

Compensation: $65-75K

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations
• Manage program milestones, timelines, and budgets using CRM, ERP, and MS Project
• Lead APQP activities to align internal development with customer expectations
• Monitor performance and escalate risks to senior leadership
• Oversee prototype builds, engineering samples, and pre-production activities
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet program specs and resolve issues

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working with CAD files and product development
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems
• Understanding of automotive standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.5)
• Experience managing OEM customer relationships and cross-functional projects
