Benefits Enrollment Coordinator

ITAC Solutions has teamed up to assist a Payroll Service company in Mobile, AL. We are seeking an entry-level Benefits Enrollment Coordinator. This position is responsible for the administration of benefits for participating clients. 401K management experience is preferred. This role is onsite.

Pay Rate: $17 – $19/hr.

 
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Manage client benefits; monthly benefit invoices, participation worksheets, renewals, and updating client information.
• Generating open enrollment notices, Cobra notices, and termination notices
• Maintains a strong understanding of PEO offerings in order to be able to provide suggestions to clients and answer inquiries.
• Answer client questions regarding benefit deductions

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential information
• 1-2 years of benefits experience
