Compensation

  • $45,000 – $60,000

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing all aspects of client accounts and creating necessary legal documentation.
  • Executing high-volume financial transactions including wire transfers and check deposits.
  • Creating and verifying complex disbursement spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Processing the accounting side of real estate closings within specialized industry software.
  • Maintaining precise running spreadsheets to track file progress and funds.
  • Initiating outgoing wires via banking portals and remitting premium payables.
  • Assisting with the submission of 1099s and verifying incoming wire instructions.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong Excel skillset.
  • 3+ years of accounting support experience.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to handle high-pressure situations.
