Business Analyst/Project Manager

ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for one of our large and stable clients to lead multiple information technology projects from inception to conclusion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating end-user technology system needs, recommending strategies, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with eight years of progressive experience in developing and supporting integrated business systems, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing (Responsibilities):

• Perform project management for multiple IT projects, overseeing planning, activities, and staff meetings.
• Develop and update project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones, deadlines, and cost targets are met.
• Lead teams of users and staff, assign duties, and prepare project status reports.
• Design, develop, and implement new applications and changes to existing systems and processes.
• Coordinate and link computer systems within the organization, ensuring compatibility and information sharing.
• Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions, train staff and users, and administer document management system features.
• Provide technical support for software/applications and identify areas for system growth or improvement.

What you’ll need to be considered (Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight years of progressive experience in developing, implementing, and supporting fully integrated business systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Microsoft SharePoint certification are required.
• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle protocols and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with multiple currently relevant programming languages and database management software.
• Strong interpersonal/human relations skills, functional supervisory skills, and the ability to analyze information logically.
• Valid driver’s license.
