Our client is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager ready to spearhead national sales growth in the custom fabrication and electrical utility market. Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 base + bonus opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive new business development and expand customer accounts across the U.S.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with distributors, utilities, and industrial clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that increase visibility and revenue
- Manage the RFQ and proposal process to ensure competitive and profitable bids
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client visits
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape national growth strategies
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Proven success in outside sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of the electrical utility or power infrastructure space
- Hunter mindset — self-directed, strategic, and entrepreneurial
- Familiarity with key players in the electrical and industrial distribution markets
- Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
