Business Development Support / Inside Sales Support

Our client is seeking a Business Development Support team member to influence energy decisions, support sales and marketing programs, and make a tangible impact on customer retention. This hybrid role allows you to engage directly with customers, trade partners, and internal teams while contributing to the growth of natural gas equipment installations across multiple regions.

Compensation: $20/hr
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist customers with inquiries, service needs, and financing applications
- Lead inside sales efforts, prioritizing customer needs and retention calls
- Serve as a liaison between customers, trade partners, and internal departments
- Execute marketing and sales programs to retain and grow the customer base
- Provide guidance on non-routine customer contacts
- Process natural gas rebate applications accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Be able to do the job as described
- Experience with natural gas systems and equipment
- Strong understanding of CC&B, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Salesforce
- Ability to quickly grasp technical aspects of residential natural gas equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced work environments
