ITAC Solutions is seeking someone with a “go-getter” attitude to fill a Call Center Representative position with an innovative company in the Birmingham area. This person must be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and resolve customer issues with ease!
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Answering inbound calls with varying volume dependent upon weather, holidays, etc.
- Work with installation team and customers to coordinate installation dates and provide alternatives with necessary
- Professionally resolve customer concerns related to installation requests or service provided
- Provide up to date information related to billing and invoice inquiries
