Compensation: $20/hour, 6 – 8 week contract opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer and route incoming calls for four locations promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive first impression for callers and visitors
- Handle high call volume with polished phone etiquette
- Use multi-line phone systems and basic office software to manage communications
- Support daily operations by ensuring all inquiries reach the right person
- Provide coverage for temporary staffing gaps while maintaining workflow
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Professional communication skills with polished phone etiquette
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems or high call volume
- Reliable, personable, and consistent onsite presence
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage calls across multiple locations or departments
