Title: CFO
Role Type: Direct Hire
Location: Onsite
Compensation: $85-$100k DOE

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage financial procedures to support organizational goals effectively.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Collaborate on annual budget creation and variance analysis.
• Supervise banking activities to ensure sufficient cash flow.
• Analyze financial trends and optimize asset management strategies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
• Provide monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
• Determine optimal banking relationships and credit policies.
• Supervise independent auditors and annual financial statement preparation.
• Administer business insurance and retirement accounts.
• Monitor organizational activities for compliance and risk management.
• Manage asset depreciation and inventory records.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and the onboarding processes.
• Assist in designing salary and bonus structures.
• Direct IT operations and support.
• Lead the Finance and HR Committees.

What you’ll need to be considered:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Non-profit accounting experience – Required 
7 years of accounting experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
QuickBooks Online experience
Engaging Mentor and Board Liaison
Friendly and Outgoing
IT Liaison and Guru
Adept at Juggling Various Tasks
