Compensation

Tier I Engineer (Entry level): 70k/yr
-
Tier III Engineer (Certs required): 120k/yr
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Prepare site development construction documents including grading, drainage, and utility plans
-
Develop design plans for roads, parking areas, and site layouts per agency standards
-
Support land planning, permitting, and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses
-
Prepare erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater management designs

Assist in preparing engineering reports, cost estimates, and technical specifications

Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and external stakeholders to coordinate design elements

Participate in QA/QC reviews and revise plans based on reviewer feedback
What You’ll Need to be Considered

Be able to do the job as described

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Working knowledge of grading, drainage, utility design, and permitting standards

Strong technical writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills
