Client Services Associate
Location: Onsite in Birmingham, AL
Compensation: $50-60K Depending on experience!

What you'll be doing:
•    Monitor accounts receivables according to payment expectations
•    Conduct research on account issues using various databases and programs
•    Reconcile payments and credits to ensure accuracy
•    Report account statuses and address any issues promptly
•    Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and facilitate payments
•    Maintain a comprehensive database of account records
•    Collaborate with attorneys to optimize account payments and address concerns
•    Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be considered: 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•    Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
•    2+ years of experience in a professional environment.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
•    Strong time-management and multitasking capabilities
