Collections Specialist / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Compensation
- $20–25/hr, based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage high-volume business-to-business collections activity
- Build relationships with customers to resolve outstanding invoices
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
- Process payments and account adjustments accurately
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to coordinate billing or credit matters
- Assist with credit reviews and customer account setups
- Support other credit team members as needed
hat You’ll Need to Be Considered
- Corporate (B2B) collections experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Professional, self-motivated approach to resolving issues
