Confluence Migration Specialist

We’re looking for a meticulous contractor to help transform and organize internal documentation in Confluence Cloud. This role goes beyond simple content management — you’ll play a key part in ensuring information is accurate, well-structured, and accessible, directly supporting critical business operations during the team’s busiest quarter. Your work will help streamline processes and improve knowledge sharing across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Migrate and reformat pages using new Confluence Cloud templates

• Audit existing pages and identify content requiring updates

• Collaborate with content owners to ensure accuracy and alignment

• Apply best practices for Confluence page design and usability

• Support documentation consistency across teams

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Proven experience with Confluence Cloud templates and page formatting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
