ITAC Solutions is assisting a wonderful client in the Franklin, TN area on their search for a Administrative Assistant, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by managing contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and leveraging your skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $17-$25/hr (DOE)
This position is on-site. 

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position): 

  • Demonstrate comprehension of construction processes and terminology, with a readiness to adapt and learn.
  • Develop and review documents to ensure alignment with risk parameters and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Efficiently manage tasks, completing reports and projects within specified timelines.
  • Assist in problem-solving and maintain effective communication with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Understand financial procedures, including cost codes, subcontractor setup, and purchase order processing.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • 2-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, internet search engines, and imaging software.
  • Strong skills in communication, public relations, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.

What could set you apart (highly preferred):

  • Previous experience in the construction industry. 
  • Previous contracts experience.
