Compensation:

• Salary: $95K

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions to support financial reporting
• Supervise and oversee accounting support personnel
• Collaborate closely with the CFO to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Lead process improvements in business transactions and internal controls
• Final approver of payroll processing efforts across various entities

What You Need to Be Considered:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and modern ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Bill.com, Xero.com)
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level) and Google Suite
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Accounting or related field
