Compensation

• Salary range: $120K–$140K plus bonus (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage all daily accounting operations across multiple divisions with a hands-on leadership approach
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Maintain and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance standards
• Manage general ledger activity, financial reporting, and audit preparation for all divisions
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff across billing, A/P, A/R, payroll, and cash applications
• Drive process improvements and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency across divisions
• Monitor division-level budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to support strategic planning

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Master’s degree or CPA/CMA preferred
• 10+ years of solid accounting experience leading and managing the accounting process including financial statement preparation and month end close process
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and current accounting standards
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for cross-site leadership
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Manufacturing or construction industry experience (preferred, not required)
