- Salary range: $110k – 140K DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and forecast cash flow to support operational needs
- Lead month-end close and ensure accurate account reconciliation
- Prepare and deliver timely financial statements
- Present financial performance and insights to the President and VP
- Maintain and prepare work-in-progress and percentage-completion schedules
- Partner with external CPA firm and support annual audit activities
- Lead, mentor, and support AP, AR, and Payroll staff
- Review and approve invoices, expenses, and disbursements
- Oversee project billing and revenue recognition
- Manage payroll for office personnel, including tax filings and year-end wage reconciliation
- Handle annual insurance renewals and related requirements
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 10+ years of solid full cycle accounting experience
- Must have construction accounting experience
- Proven Leadership experience
- Deep understanding of construction accounting, including WIP/% completion
- ERP System experience
- Strong MS Excel
