Compensation

• Salary :  $130- $145k  (DOE) plus bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Building cost accounting and variance reporting procedures
• Managing general ledger accuracy and month-end/year-end close
• Guiding budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis efforts
• Supervising accounting team members
• Providing financial insights to leadership and ensuring GAAP compliance

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 
• 7+ years of sold accounting experience
• Experience leading ERP transitions
• Strong RECENT manufacturing background required
• Advanced Excel expertise
• CPA preferred
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Lean principles preferred
