Compensation

• Up to $200K per year, depending on experience

• Annual incentive plan

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a high-performing accounting team

• Partnering with business leaders to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with corporate policies

• Analyzing financial and operational results to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and recurring close and reporting cycles

• Preparing and presenting financial insights, variance analysis, and reports to leadership and governance groups

• Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining strong internal controls

• Managing accounting records and ensuring accuracy across the general ledger and related areas

• Serving as the primary finance lead for NPSG-related initiatives

• Driving projects and special initiatives from planning through completion

• Performing additional duties and analyses as needed to support the business

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• CPA license and bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Strong cost accounting experience and ERP (SAP preferred) proficiency

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills

• Ability to travel 25–40% across multiple states

• Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills
