Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Controller who will translate financial data into meaningful business intelligence and directly influence operational and investment decisions. Compensation
- $120,000–$150,000 base salary
- Bonus opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full accounting cycle including month-end and consolidated reporting
- Serve as strategic financial partner to executive leadership
- Lead cost accounting, inventory analysis, and production efficiency reporting
- Drive investment analysis and capital planning initiatives
- Build dashboards and deliver AI-powered financial insights
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and credit facilities
- Hire and develop additional finance team members as growth demands
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 8+ years of solid accounting experience
- Strong manufacturing accounting background required
- Demonstrated ability to translate financials into strategic insight for leadership
- Experience scaling financial infrastructure in a growth environment
- Advanced ERP expertise and tech-forward mindset (AI/dashboard tools)
- Advanced MS Excel
- CPA designation is a plus
