Compensation
- Salary: commensurate with experience
- Bonus eligible based on company performance
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports while maintaining oversight of general ledger operations
- Handle journal entries, monitor fixed asset records, and ensure the accuracy of all accounting data
- Lead and support the bookkeeper while managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver financial insights and reports that support strategic decision-making
- Establish and improve accounting workflows, policies, and procedures to support company growth
- Assisting with tax returns
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- 10+ years of solid accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Experience supporting sales commission calculations
- Exposure to both public accounting and private industry environments
- ERP system experience
- CPA designation (a plus)
