Compensation

• $85,000 – 100,000 plus bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities
• Produce accurate financial statements and consolidated reporting
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations
• Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
• Strengthening accounting processes, controls, and reporting workflows
• Supervise and develop accounting staff
• Partner with leadership to support growth and operational decisions

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 5 years of solid accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment
• Strong background in intercompany accounting and consolidations
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity structure
• Hands-on approach with ownership of full-cycle close processes
• Process-building mindset with ability to improve workflows
• Exposure to construction or real estate accounting environments is a plus
