Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, align requirements, and define interview strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using ATS, LinkedIn, and other modern sourcing tools.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings as a company representative.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and track recruiting metrics.
