Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate Recruiter

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, align requirements, and define interview strategies.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using ATS, LinkedIn, and other modern sourcing tools.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates.
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings as a company representative.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and track recruiting metrics.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern candidate sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a polished candidate experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
