Compensation

• $95,000 – $110,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead development and implementation of credit policies and procedures
• Oversee collections strategy and support escalations across branches
• Partner with sales and operations to balance growth and risk
• Analyze credit data to drive informed decision-making
• Build strong relationships with branch leaders and key stakeholders
• Travel to branch locations to establish trust and consistency
• Continuously improving systems, tools, and credit processes

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 5-7 years of corporate credit experience
• Bachelor’s degree a huge plus
• Proven ability to build or transform credit policy and processes
• Experience navigating a multi-branch or decentralized organization
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence without authority
• Comfort working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
• Experience with ERP systems
• Background in manufacturing or distribution environments – STRONG PREFERENCE
