ITAC Solutions has partnered with one of Alabama’s most successful marketing companies.
Our client is growing and looking to add a seasoned accounting professional to their group.
The Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting will have the flexibility of working one day per week in the office and four days from home.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for managing an accounting team of five.
• Responsible for monthly closing process and financial reporting, annual audits, filing income tax, sales and use tax, and annual reports.
• Responsible for commission incentive compensation, with calculations and tracking.
• Responsible for assisting in the cash flow of the company’s operations.
• Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, and all debt payments are paid timely.
• Responsible for the annual budget and forecast, calculating, and reporting financial and operating metrics.
• Responsible for financial analysis for capital investments, and cost reports.
• Responsible for ensuring all accounting meets U.S. GAAP standards.

Qualifications You’ll Need to be Successful:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industry environment.
• A combination of public and industry is preferred.
• B.S. in Accounting or finance required.
• Advanced in Excel, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups.
• Sage 100 (a huge plus)
• Master is a plus.
• CPA is highly preferred.
• Strong supervisory experience required.

Base Salary $120K-$130K  (DOE)
